Pragya
The Taste of Tradition
Pragya is our brand for traditional, regular cow ghee. It embodies the wholesome goodness and rich flavor that has been a staple in Indian kitchens for generations.
The Art of Bilona Ghee Making
We follow the ancient Vedic process of making ghee, which ensures maximum nutrition and authentic flavor. It's not just a method; it's a ritual.
1. Boiling Milk
Fresh, raw A2 milk is boiled and then cooled down to create a thick layer of cream.
2. Setting Curd
A spoonful of curd is added to the milk, which is then left overnight to set into whole curd.
3. Churning Curd
The curd is churned using a wooden churner ('bilona') to separate the butter (makkhan) from the buttermilk.
4. Heating Butter
The separated butter is slowly heated on a low flame until the pure, golden ghee is ready.
